No mobile information will be shared by third parties with us or by us with third parties/affiliates for marketing or other promotional purposes.  Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with us or by us with any third parties.  Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The equivalent is true for email addresses.
